Elementary Music Teacher - StudentScholarships.org
Everyone has dreams. Some are very simple and others are completely outrageous. I'm no different than any other person on this earth. I have dreams and aspirations, especially when it comes to music. My dream job used to be being a lead singer for some big rock band. Fortunately, that dream has been scaled down a little to make it a little more attainable.
To put it plainly, I love music. I play several instruments, I sing, and I love to perform. One of my all time favorite pastimes is putting on some good music that I can sing to, turning the volume up really loud on my stereo, and singing until I'm hoarse.
Sure, when I was a kid, I wanted to be a rock star, like five million other ten year old kids. I've been told that I could do it, and for a long time I actually pursued it. What a lot of people don't realize is that, even if you are really good, you won't necessarily be 'discovered', so I switched my career goal.
